A note from an unknown author regarding a 14 acre ranch in Gardena, ca. 1910-1924. The author states that the 14 acre ranch has a 6-room house and some acres planted to deciduous fruits. The author prices the property at $1,000 per acre but states that it is also being offered in exchange for clear lots or a house in Los Angeles. The name "G.J. Fhanning" appears to be listed in the top left corner of the document, but the text is hard to discern. Brief sections of text on the back side appear to describe one or more properties at North Whittier Heights, but they have been struck-through with pencil. With minor acid burns, early signs of foxing, a folded corner, pencil markings, edge wear, a minor tear, and minor discoloration, the object is in good condition overall.
