A note from an unknown author regarding a 30 acre property, ca. 1910-1924. This note was likely paired with another in the HM Collection (Object ID: 2017.41.1.1655). It consists of a drawing of the property and surrounding roads, including Whittier Boulevard and Old Dunlop Road. Handwritten text beside the drawing states that the net price of the property is $3,750 and that 20 of its acres were set to alfalfa. The text also states that, according to the "Ross agent," the property received light exposure to the last flood. The back side of this note has a letterhead for the California Ahuacate Association in Los Angeles, California. With minor foxing, minor discoloration, pin holes, a folded corner, and minor acid burns, the object is in good condition overall.
