Description
A note from an unknown author regarding a property in San Rafael, California, ca. 1910-1924. The note states that the property is a residence for exchange priced at $18,000 and which carries a $6,000 mortgage. It appears that the name "Mrs. A.P. Bart" has been written in the center of the document, but the text is hard to discern. Portions of another note are present on the back side, which appears to have been torn from a larger piece of paper. With creases, wrinkling, a stain, edge wear, minor foxing, and yellowing, the object is in fair condition overall.
