A note from an unknown author regarding Mr. Schnabell's property and J.X. Moorfield's property, ca. 1910-1924. The author states that Mr. Schanbell's 19 acre property is priced at $800 per acre while Mr. Moorfield's 12 acre property is priced at $900 per acre. There is a letterhead for The Typewriter Shop at 643 South Spring Street on the back side of the paper slip. With pin holes, moderate foxing, edge wear, and minor discoloration, the object is in fair condition overall.
