Description
A note from an unknown author regarding the Pier property, ca. 1910-1924. This note was likely attached to another note in the HM Collection (Object ID: 2017.41.1.1654). The note consists of a drawing of two intersecting streets, Whittier Boulevard and Old Road, as well as a railway line. The drawings also indicates the locations of a boys reform school, the King property, and the Pier property, which is stated to be priced at $9,000 and set to English walnuts. The back side of this note has a letterhead for the California Ahuacate Association in Los Angeles, California. With pin holes, minor discoloration, moderate acid burns, and minor foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
