Description

A note from an unknown author regarding three properties, ca. 1910-1924. A two page, typed document. The author discusses the topography and heirs of the 2,200 acre Currier Ranch in accordance with information he received from Hugh Thatcher, the man in charge of the property. The author then states that John Grazide will see whether his family can pool enough land from the Granzide property to offer a sale. Lastly, the author discusses the 615 acre Cecil George Rancho near Spadra, California, which the owner would like to sell for $700 per acre. The author states that he will try to negotiate a deal with the owner's exclusive agent, Walter G. Streeter, regarding the commission. With creases; pin holes; minor and moderate acid burns; and early signs of foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
