Description
A note from E.F. Needham in Upland, California to Mr. Russell, ca. 1910-1924. A typed letter on a letterhead for the Hart and Barber Avocado Company in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Needham asks for Mr. Russell to sell the property that W.H. Needham purchased. Mr. Needham offers two propositions: one in which the property will be sold if a second party also sells their land, and another in which the property will be sold for $1,200 per acre in conjunction with the sale of a 3 acre property. Mr. Needham encourages Mr. Russell to respond. With creases, moderate acid burns, two stains, and minor foxing, the object is in good to fair condition overall.
