A note from Paul Jennison, ca. 1918. Mr. Jennison states that the San Dimas Lemon Association will give all information regarding his lemon grove to Mr. Hart at his request. With minor acid burn, folded corners, a crease, minor ink stains, and minor discoloration, the object is in good condition overall.
