Description
A note regarding a trade deal for Jean Mueves, ca. 1916. The note is on the back side of a slip which has a letterhead for Edwin G. Hart, managing agent of the Whittier Extension Company and owner of North Whittier Heights. The author describes a proposition in which Mr. Mueves trades his equity for a property near lot 49, tract 2421. The author shows that Mr. Mueves has 3 houses with $4,000 in equity and a $2,000 mortgage. With creases, pin holes, minor foxing, minor acid burns, and ink stains, the object is in good condition overall.
