Part of a letterhead for the Whittier Extension Company can be found on the front side. The author describes the 5 acre property as a family orchard that is planted to Valencia oranges and valued at $9,000. The author states that the property can be traded for land in North Whittier Heights. With minor smudges and early signs of foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
