A note regarding Mrs. E. Coppick and her property, ca. 1920. The name of the note's author appears to be written near the upper left of the document as "C.L. Moon." Mr. Moon states that Mrs. E. Coppick has a property with an 8 room house which is valued at $8,500, and that, in exchange for her property, she wants 5 acres of land, possibly located in Puente. Mr. Moon also states Mrs. E. Coppick will assume a $4,000 mortgage at 7% interest for 2 years. At the bottom of the note, Mr. Moon states that the recipient should take this matter up with his partners. With a crease, two minor tears, and moderate acid burns, the object is in good condition overall.
