Description
A note regarding real estate by an unknown author, ca. 1917. The document appears to show a handrawn map of lots accompanied by prices. A portion of the drawing shows that the lots are adjacent to a boulevard which leads to San Dimas. Part of the document has become fully separated and is now a loose piece. With moderate tears, severe acid burns, holes, and folds, the object is in poor condition overall.
