Description
A note regarding the A. Pascoe and Fidele Amar deal. 8 December 1916. The author states that Mr. Amar signed a total of 5 exclusive agency contracts relating to the terms of sale for his 100 acres of land in lot 2, tract 517 at Rancho La Puente. Four of the contracts specified that the land would be sold in two tracts of 50 acres. All of the contracts stated that, if the author's office assisted in the sale of Mr. Amar's land, then it would receive a 10 percent commission of the final purchase price for land. With creases, minor tears, minor acid burns, and early signs of foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
