Description
A notice of the death of Letitia Baldwin with an envelope, January 1928. The black-bordered announcement lists the deceased's name and those of her predeceased husband and her children and notes that she died at home on the 4th of the month. The envelope, also black-bordered, is addressed to a person in Kansas. Mrs. Baldwin, whose husband was a farmer, lived just west of downtown Los Angeles with her two unmarried daughters. The envelope is soiled, browned and rubbed and the card has some soiling and rubbing, but the overall condition is fair for the former and good for the latter.
