A notice to call from Mrs. Johnson to Mr. Russell. 7 August 1916. The notice states that, due to an issue regarding the sale of their stock, Mr. and Mrs. Johnson will no longer be purchasing the property for which they had put down a deposit. The notice also states that Mrs. Johnson expects to receive the deposit back and that she gives Mr. Russell permission to sell the property to another party. With pin holes, a minor stain, and minor foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
