Description
A page from a Los Angeles Police Department mug book, 1927. One side shows the record for the arrest of a Chinese forger and the other for a suspect in a grand larceny case named Albert Rowland. The latter may be a member of the La Puente-area Rowland family. In both cases, physical information, original charges and, in Rowland's case, later charges, sentencing for the Chinese forger, and front and side profile photos of the men are included. With creasing, soiling and edge rubbing, the overall condition is good.
