Color: Black; White
A black and white photograph of the 1875 Paul Petrovits painting of William Workman. Petrovits' signature and the year are visible at the bottom right of the painting (though the date appears to read 1876). Photo taken by Albert Kopec, known to have taken photographs for Walter Temple about 1924 or 1925. The painting, stolen from La Casa Nueva ca. 1972, is shown with its original gilt-wood frame which now holds a reproduction painting of Workman and is exhibited in the Main Hall of La Cas Nueva. The condition is good with one water stain on the center left edge, from exposure while stored in a plastic trash can in a garage. "Albert Kopec/L.A." at the bottom right of the front and stamped on the upper center back in ink, "ALBERT J. KOPEC/Photographer/3312 WEST SIXTH ST./Los Angeles/WAshington 0246"
