A pamphlet, "Approval of Propositions 3 and 4, June 7th Election," Department of Water and Power, City of Los Angeles (a) and broadsides for the propositions (b-c), May 1927. The pamphlet has information from the public utility positing why the two measures concerning the acquisition of Los Angeles Gas and Electric and the lease of land at the Port of Los Angeles for a steam stand-by power plant should be voter approved. With folds and tears on them, browning, stains and soiling, the pamphlet is in fair condition, while the broadsides have edge tears and creases and are in good shape.
