The item has a drawing of the facility, photos of featured birds, photos of attractions on the island and steamers servicing it, and much text about the creation of the park by the island's owner, William Wrigley, Jr. Two panels concern transportration from the mainland to the island. With light soiling and moderate rubbing, as well as dented corners, the condition is good.
