Description

Color: White; Green A pamphlet for lands in Leffingwell Heights, ca. 1920. The pamphlet advertises Valencia orange, lemon, and avocado lands in Leffingwell Heights, a property in the Whittier-La Habra District. The pamphlet praises the property's soil, water, and climate conditions, and contains a map of the property that shows the lots available in Tracts 2773 and 2923. The properties are priced at $600 per acre. Jacob Stern is indicated as being the owner of the property, and his company address is present on the front and back faces of the pamphlet. Brief notes have been made in pencil; the prices "$700" and "$750" have been written on the map where Lots 1 and 3, Tract 2923 are respectively. With wrinkling, a fold, minor foxing, stains, and minor abrasion damage, the object is in good to fair condition overall.
