A pamphlet, "West Coast Bungalows," E.W. Stillwell & Co., Los Angeles, 1912. The item (a) provides half-tone images from photos; floor plans; estimated costs; exterior and interior descriptions; and other material related to fifty low-cost houses in the popular Bungalow style. A poem, "Age of the Bungalow," an introduction, Stillwell's concluding notes and ad for the firm's "Representative California Homes" publication are also included. Tipped in is a hand-drawn floor plan as part b). With a creased corner, creases and light soiling on the wrappers and clean pages, though a few have that creased corner, the condition is good.
