A black and white panoramic view of the shoreline at Long Beach, ca. 1910s. Taken apparently from the pier, the image takes in several buildings, likely hotels and, or apartment buildings, a fenced in area at the right that might have been for a sports area or performance space, a promenade and, divided from the latter by a cement wall, the beach and water, on which are a couple of waders and others on the sand. With album paper residue on the reverse, minor soiling, a small edge stain, and moderate abrasions, and warping, the condition is good to fair overall.
