Description
An exterior view of the Los Angeles court house, 1903. The partial view of the entrance shows the courthouse from the ground floor. Visible are a dew arched windows on the first floor and the large bricks of the entry stairs. In front is a carriage drawn by a team of horses. In the carriage is a large banner and several women sitting in rows holding parasols over their heads. Two men drive the carriage. An ink inscription is at the bottom of the photograph mounted onto grey board. With moderate fading and minor abrasion damage along the edge, the item is in fair condition.
