A partial photo of Josephine Knoll, ca. 1909. The child's head and shoulders are in the remnant and show the roughly 8-year old child wearing a headband a light fabric dress. On the reverse is the inscription: "Josephine 8 years old." This is the only child of Josephine M. Workman, who was married to Harry Knoll, with Knoll and the child dying in the space of a few years before Workman became film star Princess Mona Darkfeather. With substantial soiling and stains, as well as tears and abrasions, the condition is poor.
