Description
A partial photograph of four men at a building at the Inspection Division, Bureau of Engineering City of Los Angeles, ca. 1920s. The men stand next to or lean against the rough wood walls of the simple structure, which has an open door and a closed door near the men and a window at right. Between the doors is a sign identifying the organization. With the left side missing, torn, a major crease next to that and album paper residue on the reverse, and warping, the condition is poor overall.
