Description
A photo album page with three images, one of a couple with a rooster and chickens in the back yard of a house and two of hikers in Eaton Canyon above Pasadena, ca. 1900s. The first image is of a man in a vest and tie leaning against a board fence separating the yard from those of other houses, part of which are visible in the background. A woman, wearing a white blouse and skirt, sits on the ground and appears to have put food for the poultry in a bowl next to her. The two Eaton Canyon views show groups of people posed on rocks near a stream and the women wear dresses or skirt and blouse combinations with large hats, while some of the men sport jackets and ties. They are also trimmed into shapes for artistic effect. The album paper is gray and the side with the canyon photos is labeled "Eaton's Canyon." With some yellowing and light soiling on the photos and the paper trimmed, the overall condition is good.
