Description
A photo of Chinese participants with the long dragon float, Los Angeles, ca. 1890s. The float, with its large elaborate head and the long body supported by marchers, with other standing alongside, is in the middle of a wide dirt street, before or after a parade, likely for the La Fiesta de Los Angeles. The photo was originally adhered to an album page but was removed for conservational reasons. With minor creasing, soiling, discoloration, and adhesive residue present, the condition is good.
