Description
A photograph of a bridge over the lake at Westlake Park, Los Angeles, 28 November 1902. The wooden span is highly ornamented and there is a woman holding a book at the right. Below it are some large stands of what looks like pampas grass, which are at the edge of the lake, part of which is in view. In ink on the reverse is "Westlake Park / Los Angeles / Nov 28 1902." With some soiling on the photo, edge abrasions on the matte, and moderate fading to the image but the overall condition is good.
