A photograph of a house interior, Los Angeles, ca. 1890s. The view is from a front parlor to a similar room and of note is the drapery in the opening, rocking and side chairs, a parlor table, a corner shelving unit, a portion of an organ, framed works on the wall hanging from picture rails, a door in the background and light streaming through a side window. The photo was originally adhered to an album page but was removed for conservational reasons.
