Description
A photograph of a man sitting on the front of an automobile, ca. 1920s. The man wears a suit and hat. The license plate of the automobile is visible. Another vehicle is parked beside it. The photograph has remnants of black photo corners. At the bottom is a typed slip, taped with pressure sensitive tape, "Romance has never come my way / With smiles that thrilled me to the soul; / Each has a part that he must play, / But mine is no heroic role." The tape has resulted in acid transfer to the photograph, but the photograph is in good condition.
