A photograph of a manicured lawn and palm trees, ca. 1920s. In view is a well manicured lawn with four tall palm trees, ivy covered wall or building, shurbbery and other plants in view. At the foreground is a walk way, possibly made of concrete. With minor warping, uneven cut along the right edge, the number 36 written on the reverse, is in good condition overall.
