Description
A photograph of a "New Year's Day, Santa Monica / Los Angeles, California," ca. 1920s. The view appears to be from the pier looking south with many swimmers in the water, others in the sand at the edge and huge crowds further up the sand. Buildings are in view, including several multistory ones, down the coastline, as well. The title is in white at the the bottom left. With minor soiling and abrasions on the edges, the overall condition is good.
