Description
A photograph of Josephine M. Workman (actor Princess Mona Darkfeather) with a horse, ca. 1913. The image shows Workman in a pinstriped outfit like overalls and a head covering, holding the horse's left foreleg, perhaps where the shoe was, in an open area near an outbuilding, likely a garage with a car in it, and a house. On the reverse is a pencil inscription, "I was some fat here." The horse was like Comanche, which appeared in her films. With a dogeared corner, a missing corner, substantial dampstaining, fading and heavy soiling, the condition is poor.
