Description
A photograph of the Echo Mountain station, Los Angeles, 12 February 1915. A group of five adults stand near the archway of the Echo Mountain station, en route to Mt. Lowe. People in the group are wearing winter coats and a few hold canes. The station structure is small with three arch openings, a tower at top with a spotlight. This was the terminus for the cable car to be switched to the electric cars. With moderate discoloration, surface soiling, abrasions and warping, the object is in fair condition.
