Description
A photograph of the Huntington Hotel, Pasadena, ca. 1920s. The image is a panoramic view of the substantial hostelry with its six-story center portion topped with a tower and projecting curved four-story wings with a large lawn and lushly landscaped front. Pasted down on the reverse is a brief typed statement that the venue was to host guests of actor Mary Pickford for a luncheon and swimming party put on by the Crown City's chamber of commerce. The number P. 1650 is written in ink at the lower left of the front. With very light soiling and some indentations to the paper, the condition is good.
