Description

A photograph of two toddlers on a tricycle, ca. 1920s. A little boy and girl are posed on a tricycle, standing in a front yard. The girl is standing on the back of the tricycle, has her right arm and hand covering her mouth, and looks at the camera. She appears to be around five years old. Her hair is curly and she wears a headband, white dress. In front of the little girl is the boy. He looks to be no older than three years of age. He sits on the seat of the tricycle as he holds the handle bars with his two hands. He has curly hair, wears a short sleeve shirt, overall shorts, low boot shoes, and looks toward the photographer. The photographer's shadow is visible at the bottom right corner and appears to be Thomas Temple. The children stand on a dirt driveway and behind them is a well manicured lawn, and trees. With minor soiling, warping, photographer's stamps of "4" and "ANDERSON/Photo Service/EL MONTE."
