Description
A photograph of race cars on the track, Legion Ascot Speedway race, Los Angeles, 1929. Several race cars are lined up on the dirt track with their drivers. To the left, the area is sectioned off with wooden fences, presumably the pit area for the automobiles during the race. The photograph has been mounted onto a thick board with part of a newspaper article pasted on the back. With stains toward the top middle area and moderate fading, the object is in good condition overall.
