Description
A real photographic postcard of a man dressed in a sailor's uniform, ca. 1910s. The young man wears his uniform with the kerchief around his shoulders and an eagle emblazoned on his sleeve with a white cap. On the reverse he has written that he is sunburned in the photograph and joined "Uncle Sam" three months prior. The postcard includes a PMO postage stamp box. With moderate surface soiling on the reverse, and discoloration, the object is in good condition overall.
