Description
A piece of an advertisement from Mr. Hart regarding North Whittier Heights, ca. 1910-1924. Since this piece has been torn from a larger document, much of the text is missing; however, the observable text seems to concern citrus real estate. The advertiser's middle inital appears to be "G," which suggests that he is most likely Edwin G. Hart, as the text has similarities to his other advertisements. Toward the right side of the document, a dotted line seperates a small section with fill lines that have been signed by D.W. Harbets in Stevensville, Montana. The section indicates that the signee is requesting a descriptive folder of North Whittier Heights. Part of a map is present on the back side, which seems to depict the lines belonging to the Pacific Railway Electric Company. With minor discoloration and a crease, the object is in good condition overall.
