A pin from the Los Angeles Junior Olympics, 1929. The item consists of a red, white and blue stripped fabric ribbon on which a clasp is placed on the back, and a metal oendant on which is an image of an athlete, an eagle and other symbols, as well as the wording "Auspices of Los Angeles Times" and "Southern California Junior Olympic Games." With soiling and much fraying on the ribbon and tarnish and scratches on the metal, the item is in fair condition.
