Description

A plate glass negative panorama of downtown Los Angeles, ca. 1920s. The view appears to be looking northeast from just south of Central Park, later Pershing Square, and takes in a wide array of commercial structures, some of which have signs to identify tenants. A portion of the park is at lower left. In the distance is the clock tower of city hall and further out the Hall of Records. A number 499 is etched in at one corner. The condition appears to be good.
