Entry/Object ID
2011.3.1.1
Description
A photograph of a portion of Los Angeles mounted on a piece of a tree, 1891. The image shows what seems to be a residential area, probably north of downtown, with some streets, houses and other structures. The photo is pasted down on a flat piece of raw wood. The image is faded and slightly soiled, so the overall condition is fair.
