Description
A portion of Rancho Palos Verdes before development, Keystone Photo Service, ca. 1922. The view is taken from a gently-sloping hill side and tkaes in some orchards below, but primarily undeveloped hills and valley land with a small structure and outbuilding (perhaps an outhouse) near the top of the hills at center right in the distance. On the reverse is the studio's stamp. Rancho Palos Verdes was developed shortly afterward and there are artifacts in the museum collection related to this. With a small tear at the upper right, a vertical crease the full length of the image at left and some soiling, the condition is good overall.
