The studio photo shows the man, wearing a dark-colored suit, tie and shoes and white shirt sitting legs crossed on an ornately carved armchair next to a tapestry-covered parlor table. A straw hat with a black band rests on the table. Embossed at the lower right of the mount is the photographer's name and address. There is some damage from tape on the reverse and some light soiling, but the overall condition is good.
