A portrait of Jim Hussey and "Young" Wofford by Old Mission studio, Los Angeles, ca. 1900. The image shows the two young men from about the waist up, both dressed in dark suits, white shirts, and light-colored ties. At the top is an ink inscription, "Barber school." Embossed at the lower right is the studio name and address. On the reverse in black ink is "School" and in blue ink, "Young Barbers / (20 yrs) Jim Hussey / Young Wofford / from the Mts / Madisa [?]." Withe areas of tape residue at the four corners of the front of the mount, a crease at the bottom terminating at the image frame and some soiling, the overall condition is good.
