Description
A portrait of Mona Darkfeather from a book or magazine page, ca. 1913. The image in a stylized oval frame is a rare picture of the actress not in an Indian costume. Rather, she appears with curly shoulder length hair parted down the middle and her clothing is not visible as the image is dark. Her stage name and studio (Kalem) are under the image. On the reverse is a photo of Majestic actress Billie West. With a large crease at the upper right corner, tape on the reverse, light soiling and minor edge rubbing, the condition is good.
