The apartments are advertised as co-operatively owned homes at Sixth and Carondelet Street. On the reverse is an ink inscription describing the building amenities: 85 apartments with electric ranges, electric refrigerators, heated, elegant view, lawn, car garage underneath at the price of $285 a month. The ink is faded, the postcard includes a postage stamp on the reverse. The item is generally in good condition with minor surface soiling.
