A postcard from A.P. Nielsen, Drugist of Taft Pharmacy, in Taft, California to Edwin G. Hart in Los Angeles, California. 16 April 1916. Mr. Nielsen states that he can pay $35 to $40 per month plus interest and asks how much it would cost to get a 5 acre planted orchard in the Whittier hills, particularly a lemon orchard. Mr. Nielsen requests descriptive pamphlets of the Whittier hills with prices and terms. There are three stamps on the back side including a 1 cent Jefferson stamp. With a moderate tear, ink stains, creases, and minor foxing/acid burns, the object is in good condition overall.
