A written postcard in which Colonel E.E. Trlay would like to trade 2 acres of his land in Banning for land that Edwin Hart is selling. Col. Trlay requests a folder and map of Southern California. The bottom right corner has a date stamp of Nov 6 1913 and notes that letter "E" was sent. The back has a red, 1 cent stamp printed into the top right corner. The post mark has a date of 5 November 1913 from Banning, California at 1 pm.
There is abrasion damage on all edges front and back, and creases from being handled. This object is in good condition overall.
