In regard to the 5.25 acre Davis and Davis Ranch at North Whittier Heights, Mr. Davis states that the property is listed in Mr. Russell and Mr. Maple's office and that its price has changed to $3,800 per acre. Two stamps are present on the back side of the document. With stains, minor discoloration, a minor tear, wrinkling, and minor impressions, the object is in good condition overall.
